When to make sure bridal party has their outfits?
Planning an October 1st 2011 beach wedding.
The guys are wearing khaki shorts (levi if possible) With a tommy bahama shirt.
The girls are wearing a dress from davids bridal. My MOH already has hers put in their computer but hasn't ordered it.
3 guys, my fiance & my father will be wearing the same shirts from Tommy Bahama but not in the same color. All 3 girls will be wearing the same color but not the same dress.
I already have my dress just have to get it shortened about May or June 2011.
When should I really start bugging everything to get their outfits. & make sure everything is ordered?
Right now the color we want the guys to wear isn't on the website. Its a summer color so we aren't sure if its going to come back out or if we will have to pick another color.
Bridesmaids should order no less than 6 months ahead of time & I would honestly recommend 8-9 months -- this will allow for long waits for the dresses to come in (I didn't get my dresses through David's but it took two dresses 5 months to come in for my bridesmaids).
The guys can order at any time but I would choose another color if the one you really want isn't available about 2 months ahead of time.
