Which saddle should i get?
I'm looking to get a used english saddle, off of ebay or anywhere else. Under $400. 
For Flat work, and low level eventing. I have an arabian, and i need a 17 or 17.5 in seat. Which one of these do you think is best for the money?

Saddles need to be professionally fitted by a qualified saddler and I would strongly recommend you do not buy on e:bay. Each horse is individual and any pressure points will cause behavioural problems which could prove dangerous to you or the horse and ruin a horse's back.
Also the saddle needs to fit you. Numbers mean nothing when fitting either you or the horse.
It is also possible that although the saddles may look nice on the outside but may have serious defects to the tree which no-one can see and that will cause problems too.
