Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 - .mov files show audio only, no video?
i have sony vegas pro 8.0 and i record videos on a canon t2i.
the t2i records in .MOV format, and when i tried to put the video clips into windows live movie maker, it said it wasnt compatible. so i got vegas 8 and when i put the video clips on the timeline, the audio shows up, but the video doesnt show up. only blank, black screens do in place of where the video would be.
is there a way where i can edit my t2i .mov videos on sony vegas pro?
and im trying not to spend a lot of money on a video converter unless the video converter does not lose ANY quality from the original .mov file. id prefer not to spend the money though
Personally, I use AVS video converter. Its a commercial solution and cost about $39 US dollars, but its been well worth it. And, you can convert the video to all types of formats and not just to MOV.
