honda xr200 (clutch)?

i have replaced in my 1983 honda xr200.....i put the case on but the clutch is way to tight the bike wont roll while in gear and holding clutch....im wondering if the 4 clutch springs have to be tightened down to a certain place if so can you tell me how to do so and how far to tighten them if any other idea please tell me thx.

Those 4 screws with springs on them need to be tight. Does the clutch lever work okay when the cover that the clutch cable runs to is off ? When you had the clutch apart, did you remove the release rod in the center ? If you did, did a little ball bearing fall out ? Check it out then give us some more info.
