Ok, so I found these. I wear women's size 8.

Do you think they only have men sizes 10-13, or will they more likely have them on sale for smaller sizes?

I'm on a tight budget, so I don't want to buy the lo tops, even if they are really cheap. I WILL if they don't have the hi tops on sale for smaller sizes though.

Oh, and where else do they sell Converse cheap? I'm looking for something like $20-30 dollars.
