LOSING WEIGHT AND EATINg!!!!!! HELP 10 points for best answer?
ok i eat WAY to much !!!
yester day i had....
breakfast
english muffin with cream cheese
2 100 calorie packs
snack
bag of pretzels
lunch
bag of chips
nutri grain bar
fruit roll up
sugar cookie

mac and cheese

and throughout the day i have little munchies tooo
every day i try to cut back on food but i CANT i REALLY REALLY try but i never doo!!! yes i really want to loose weight
i do dance but thats not enough....im 14 and OVERWEIGHT
i cant go to the gym bc my mom wont take me or i to busy
EXCERCISES: i need some excersises that expecially are for thies!!

I hate that food tastes so good hah. It is hard to not be eating all the time! Okay, the first thing to remember is to not focus on what you "can't" eat because it will make it way too hard and it probably will not work for you (or anyone for that matter).
Food: I like to plan to eat every three hours. I don't eat as much as a regular whole meal, though, because it's pretty frequent during the day. When you finish a meal/snack of moderate food, just say to yourself, "okay, that was good, i will have *whatever* in just a few hours. I don't have to eat more, right this instant."
A good tip for trying to get through those periods where you take a break from food is to chew gum. Doesn't have to be sugar free or diety or anything. Chewing gum will help satisfy your sweet tooth, allow your mouth to be working, and take a little distraction away from wanting to eat more.
Keep in mind, I am not saying to starve!!! Just eat a little less, but more frequently. For example, for breakfast, have a bowl of cereal. It won't make you full, but it will take away the hunger, which is the purpose of eating. An hour later, plan to have an apple or banana (or other fruit). I have found it actually tastes pretty good! A couple hours after that, for lunch, you can plan to have a sandwich or salad (i think they're ick, though...:)) or pizza or something. Doesn't have to be perfectly healthy, just have a planned portion size ready. Eat that, and plan for a small snack in an hour or two so you know you will be able to continue eating in a little while.
A very important thing to do while eating is to eat slowly!! Any weight-loss thing will tell you it, but it's so true. Chew slowly and pay attention to the flavor. It will make food taste so much better, take you longer to eat, and it will make you feel like you have eaten more than you actually have.
Exercise: Not being able to get to the gym is a problem for me, too. Do you have a treadmill at home?? If you do, the best kind of exercise is walking or running. Power walking I have found is the best because you can last longer. I like to keep busy while I am walking on the treadmill by reading stuff for homework. It makes it so exercising doesn't cut into by busy life so much
. Power walking would be between 3.5 to 4.0 mph. When you get more comfortable with this, you can add in a jog at the end if you want.
If you don't have a treadmill, I would say dance around constantly for like half an hour, great way to burn cals and it's fun, but... since you already dance, you might not want to haha. I would set up a work out routine that lasts about half an hour-45 mins. Don't do anything too long because you'll get bored. Plan out each min. This minute I'll do situps, next puships, then jumping jacks, then cycle through that maybe 3 times. You can donate 6-7 mins for stretching. Run in place, mountain climbers, leg lifts. You can find lots of small exercises and do all of them for short times and cycle through.
Water also helps make it a little easier to avoid over doing snacking.
Oh! Now that warmer weather is coming, go for bike rides and listen to music, or walk/run outside.
