Disney's Contemporary Resort questions?
Me & my family are staying there for a week in early November, we've booked 2 seperate standard room's over looking the Magic Kingdom/7 Sea's Lagoon. I think we're on the 5th or 6th floor up.
What does a standard room look like? I know it has 2 queen beds, but does it have a seperate sink, or 2 sinks together? Like i've seen in pictures (marble bathroom)
Do the rooms have a shower above the bath?
Are you allowed to hang out wherever you want at night? Like in the lobby? Cause my Dad isn't really an early night person, so he'd probs like to sit somewhere & chill.
Can you bring your own alcohol into the Hotel that you've brought? & food? To put in your room.
What toiletries etc do they have ready in your room? & do the maids replace any that are empty? (shower gel, soap etc?)
& can you hear the monorail & people in the lobby whilst in your room?

I've stayed there in June 2009 =D
1. Standard room has two beds and a pull out couch...and a flat screen tv. There are three sinks in the rooms, two inside the bathroom and one right outside the bathroom.
2. Yes they do.
3. Yeah, the lobby is a far walk though, but there are couches and stuff outside the gift shops.
4. You can bring your own stuff (I'm not sure about alcohol...), and they have a mini food store in there, because your room has a fridge, but not a microwave, you can use the microwave in the cafeteria though.
5. They have mini soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and lotion, you can replace them daily.
6. No, not at all.

EDIT:
The answerer above me is right, there aren't any locks on the bathroom door hahaha it drove me crazy when I was there...also the toliet has it's own door so you have extra protection. xD
