I adore women's clothes but...?
Since for as long as I can remember, I've adored women's clothing (I'm a guy), but in recent years, I find myself having the desire to dress in female clothes. (ie if I I'm out with my female friends, if they're wearing something nice, I often think "wish I could wear something like that"...
But the strangest thing is that while I have these thoughts, when I do put on feminine clothes, I feel absolutely nothing. Sure the fabric feels good once I first put it on, but beyond that, I get no sense of joy, relief, nothing. It's so bland that I usually take it off within a minute or two.
Any idea what this might mean? Am I just a guy who appreciates female fashions? or an 'odd' form of a cross dresser? or what? Any insight is appreciated.
If you were a crossdresser then dressing in women's clothes would release a series of neurotransmitters in your brain that would give you sensations of pleasure, well-being, sexual gratification and self-identity. It would feel so strong that you may feel you NEED to crossdress.
In your case you simply are receptive to feminine beauty. You may be keenly aware of their sense of fashion. There are men like you who are good with women's fashion and are not gay or crossdressers. You may consider learning how to design women's fashion. If you have a sister or a girlfriend, ask them if they could teach you how to sew. If they ask why, tell them you would like to design and make them something nice. Yes, they may think this is unusual for a man but once you make them something, they will be very appreciative.
