would you put shoes on a 6 month ld baby?
Ive seen a lovely little pair of pink converse which i'd love to get my baby. She is only six months old so is not walking yet but likes to stand up a lot, with a little help. Do you think it is silly to put shoes on her yet? Obviously she wouldn't wear them all the time, only when we go out, but I don't want to hurt her feet.
Yes, put shoes on her! Our daughter has the same shoes you are talking about and many other pairs LOL.
My Mom told me to put shoes on her from the get-go when we are out of the house. She didn't put shoes one me at all when I was a baby until I was over one year old and had been walking for awhile ... I was miserable! And I walked funny for about 2 months until I got used to shoes. So she told me that I have to get the baby used to shoes right away!
We started her out wearing shoes immediately, we have a few pairs of the Robeez shoes and booties and a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors (for Daddy). She has no problem with wearing them in the car or stroller or baby carrier.
