Neck Sling
How often should I use my neck sling to increase neck strength?

i've recently bought a neck sling because i am kickboxing, so i want to be able to have a strong neck to take kicks/punches to the head etc. So should i use it everyday or every other day? Thanks

Deffinitely every other day.
When you work your muscles thoroughly, you're actually damaging the cells, so you need to give them time to recover and get stronger. If you do it repeatedly, they don't heal as effectively as you'll actually get weaker.
I personally have found that the only muscle you could get away with training every day is the calves. But even still, every other day I do low intensity work on them because they already have the hassle of working whenever I move.
Deffo stick to every other day.
