Do you have a magnetic key holder somewhere under your car?
I managed to lock my whole set of keys inside my trunk today, when I was trying to leave for work. I couldn't get back into the house, and had no one to call who had a set of keys to the house or car. Fortunately, I did have my cell phone in my pocket, and was able to call AAA, who sent a guy out to get into my car. So now I am considering putting a magnetic key case, with a spare car and/or house key, somewhere under my car. Is this OK to do, or am I just inviting someone to steal my car? If you do recommend it, where exactly would you put the key case? I will be keeping my AAA membership current, too, but what if I lock my purse (along with my membership card) inside the car?

PS. If you hide a key outside your house, where is a good place to put it, and what do you put it in? (If you keep it under the doormat, or above the door, I don't want to hear about it, lol!)
My husband keeps a spare key in his wallet. That way it is always on him. Now another thought here is to put the digital key holder mounted on the car in someway and you have to use the combination to access the key. That would be better.
I think that putting a magnetic key holder on the car would make it much easier for someone to steal it, after all, you left them with your key.
I recommend the mounted ones with a combination to make this safe for you and you car.
