Rockland County, NY Mercedes dealer anticipates debut of 2012 C-Class Coupe
The Geneva Auto Show was the setting for the debut of Mercedes-Benz's new tweaked 2012 C-Class Coupe; a sporty two-door C-Class number that will have Rockland County, NY Mercedes customers drooling.
Coming at this coupe from the front, it's evident that the radiator grille is a bit more prominent than the previous model. With a short overhang in the front, a generous hood and a sloping roof that seems to go on forever, the C-Class Coupe is something to behold. And we'll want to do more than that – we'll want to get behind the wheel.
Mercedes-Benz has two engine offerings for the C-Class Coupe and both are direct-injection. The C250 trim is equipped with a four-cylinder and pulls 201 horsepower and 229 pound-feet of torque. This ride can reach from zero to 60 in 7.1 seconds and even has a fuel economy of 24 mpg.
Used Mercedes Bergen County customers also will love the C2350 trim, which boasts a BlueDirect injection 3.5-liter V6 with 305 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. Get behind this wheel and you'll be doing zero to 60 in just 5.8 seconds and still gets 22 mpg.
Either choice offers buyers the same amazing power train found in the C-Class sedan, and that assures a smooth ride. Rockland County, NY Mercedes buyers will not be disappointed in the quality found in the C-Class Coupe, as it is what we have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz.
The interior is also a fantasy come true. The C-Class Coupe features upgrades like nine airbags, larger display screens than the previous model, wireless Bluetooth, phone book transfer and a USB interface in the center armrest.
But wait, there's more! Buyers will get Sirius weather information and destination search from Google and have the option of downloading a route they have set up on their PC with Google Maps. Your used Mercedes Bergen Countydealerknows customers want the latest technology.
And they will find it in the 2012 C-Class Coupe. The optional COMAND navigations system comes with a 3D display that provides city views and the instrument panel in the C250 Coupe is adorned with aluminum trim. Move up to the C350 Coupe and you'll get a rich burl walnut trim with the option of ash olive matte wood trim.
"By extending the C-Class portfolio, we are consciously targeting new customers," Joachim Schmidt, head of sales and marketing at Mercedes-Benz Cars, said. "The new model is youthful, stylish and expressive. What we are offering is an exceptionally sporty way to enter the world of the Mercedes-Benz coupe."
No doubt the younger buyers will find the new C-Class Coupe a ride worth considering. At least that's what Mercedes-Benz is counting on.
