how do i get a refund on really bad hair extensions?
i got some shrinkies hair extensions done a month ago by a lady who comes to your home, i have extra thick hair and asked her to put in twice as much as a normal head, she charged me just over £500 for this! but i thought, ill have lovely long and thick hair. WRONG! firstly there were not enough extensions i asked how many she put in and she put in only half as much again not double and yet i paid for double-but she refused to put more in unless i pay another £200 so i just brought some cheap clip ins for the top of my hair. after a month i have had 8 of her extensiond fall out and they have come out at the root of my own hair leaving a little bald patch, i am worried about this and want them removed but its alot of money to waste for only a months use! i think she has put not enough hair in each bond so its not strong enough and just breaks. what shall i say to her,cos i no she wont give me any discount/refund. help!!!
Unfortunatly this woman is not part of a salon, so im sure she will refuse a refund or even discount next time, for £500 you should have went to a profesional hairdresser who would have advised you about extensions.
Im sorry to hear you had a bad experiance with hair extension as i know myself how upsetting it is.
Just make sure you never use this woman again and let friends and family know about this aswell.
