Going into high school, could you give me feedback on my organization plan?
I have had a problem with staying organization, I have a plan, but then it just goes into disarray. For my freshman year I have a new plan, made from advise from friends and upperclassmen.
Binders/textbooks- Each subject has its own color, binder, spiral (for note taking, so I don't have all of these loose-leaf papers all over.), and the respective textbook in the same color as the rest. I want to have binder organizers labeled- Notes, Graded Normal Papers, Tests/Quizzes, To Be Completed, and To Take Home.
Locker- 2 organizer shelves so there are three defined spaces- textbooks, binders, and personal. I am planning to get a locker calendar and a dry erase board.
I am going to get the Vera Bradley 2011 Student Organizer so I can take better note of the tests and stuff.I know I probaly look a little psycotic, but I am an avid list maker and like to plan ahead. Thank you for reading this and all answers are appreciated!
I am also an extreme planner and list maker! I think your plan sounds great! Just make sure you know the locker and shelf measurements, because it would be terrible for you to get to school and your calender doesn't fit in your locker and your books or binders don't fit in the shelves! Believe me, I have had experience with that! For the calender, I suggest you write down everything and the when you leave school the day before an assignment is due, write down "Assignment Due!" on your dry erase board!
