I NEED HELP! IS THIS A SCAM OR SERIOUS?!?

I don't know what to do, this woman called Vera Goodwill is asking for my help. She randomly emailed me via Thoughts.com just saying hello. She seems nice but the second email she was asking for my help, She says that she lives in Dakar Senegal, Africa and is in a refugee camp sponsored by something called UNHCER.
She says she trusts me and thinks of me as a friend but I barely know her well, I don't understand.
She wants to send me money to hold in my account for safe keeping. She's in hiding from an uncle who stole her father's( Dion Chris Abure) company and killed him. It was a company called Dion Industry Company LTD.
She has given me phone numbers and a refugee number as well as the bank where she currently has the money which is the Royal Bank of Scotland.

SCAM!!!!
