Snowboarding pants as everyday wear?
I've read a couple different questions on here about wearing snowboarding pants as regular everyday wear. The only real drawback i can find is that they can be a bit loud and that they would no long be as waterproof. No offense, but i never intend to go snowboarding since the closest area is about a hour and a half away. So the waterproofing isnt really the biggest issue to me. Also, it appears that there is no real size in numbers, so what size would a person that wears 30,31 in jeans wear?
So anyways, what are some of the drawbacks from wearing snowboarding pants as everyday wear?

If you wore snow pants as regular pants you would look really odd, unless you get a tight pair, then they'll look kinda like regular pants. If you wear a 30-31 then you should look for a bout a medium in snow pants. It would be really hot in them, you would look like an idiot, they aren't as comfy as jeans or pants, and they're expensive. Don't wear snow pants, unless you're snowboarding.
